Almost any company that has computers needs personnel to repair, upgrade, or reconfigure those resources and their operating system's software. This expertise is found in industry positions such as Help Desk, LAN Administrator, and PC Technician. This program can provide an excellent starting point to begin acquiring the sophisticated skills and knowledge to enter this exciting and growing field.

Upon successful completion of Program you should be able to configure and troubleshoot workstations in a number of Microsoft operating systems including being able to create and manage logic scripts, assign user rights, address file system security, share resources, implement menus, and manage from the system server console. In addition, the PC training you receive valuable hands-on experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and fault isolating with the most common components within a PC.

To enhance your hardware knowledge base, the Computer Technical Support Program includes administrative training in network topologies, protocols, and workstation network access. As a graduate, you should be confident that you have industry-current skills and knowledge of the computer industry as you embark on your new career.
